I’ve been using the smart features on my GE appliance for a few months now, and I’ll be honest, I wasn’t totally sure I’d care about them at first. I figured it might be one of those things that sounds nice but doesn’t really get used. But the app was easy enough to set up, and being able to check on things from my phone instead of walking back to the kitchen has been surprisingly handy.
The alerts have probably been my favorite part, especially when a cycle finishes or when I’ve forgotten something. I still kind of wonder if I’m overhyping it because it’s not a huge life-changing thing, but it genuinely makes daily stuff a little easier. It’s simple, not overly complicated, and so far everything has worked well for me. I’d give it 5 stars.

I got it installed quickly, and the whole process was easier than I expected. I didn’t run into any issues, so it was a simple, smooth experience from start to finish.

I’m really happy with it so far, honestly. My dishes come out clean, even when I don’t bother pre-rinsing them much, and the stuck-on stuff is usually gone after just one cycle. No real complaints from me, it’s been great

Umm, the site was really simple to figure out. I found what I needed quickly, and checkout was smooth too. It’s always nice when a website just works and doesn’t turn into a whole hassle.

I put this in my kitchen it really does make the space look nicer. The design is clean and simple, which is exactly what I was going for. My only small complaint is the handle feels a bit bulkier than I expected, but overall I’m happy with how it looks.

I had an issue with it, and warranty claims are almost always a pain, but this one was handled fast. They fixed it under warranty without much back and forth, so I’m happy with how it went. Thanks!

It does the job and I haven’t had any real problems with it so far. The only thing that bugs me is the noise. It’s not super loud or anything, but when the house is quiet, especially at night, I defintely notice it more than I thought I would. For a newer GE model, I kinda expected it to run a little quieter. Overall it’s fine, but if noise bothers you, it might be something to think about.

We bought a GE fridge it’s been a good buy. Nothing super fancy or high-end, but it looks nice in the kitchen and does what a fridge is supposed to do. Delivery went smoothly too, which is always a win. For the money, I’m happy with it. GE stuff always seems to be a safe bet, so I’d probably buy from them again

It showed up on time, so that was great. The box had, like, one small dent on it, but nothing major

I needed a new shelf and a small filter part for my GE fridge. Both were in stock, which was a relief. Other sites didn’t have them. Shipping was a little slower than I wanted. But the parts fit perfectly when they arrived. Overall, I’m happy. Just wish delivery had been faster.

I had my GE washer fixed today, it went really smoothly. The tech showed up right on time, figured out the problem quickly, and got it running again without any hassle. Really can’t complain...

It runs okay overall, but I’ve had a few random issues pop up here and there. Nothing major enough to make me stop using it, but still kind of annoying when it happens, especially when you’re not expecting it. So yeah, it works, just not as reliably as I’d hoped
